Perfect example of ethical concern w/ incentivizing adjusters based on how many claims they close or how much liability they can thwart or how much they can deflate actual liability damages incurred. Bad Faith, Unfair Claims Practices. Force you into legal recourse with is supposed to be against the law.
Appears to foster unethical and bad faith environment.
Every chance to rest provided by my job has been spent addressing bad faith actions which has been exhausting, apparently by design.
