Reliable Dual-Screen Sharing in Teams (No Audio)

When: For long meetings where you need to alternate between two screens without complex setups.

Hardware Setup

  1. Connect both monitors
  2. Press `Win + P` → Select “Extend” displays

Teams Sharing Process

1. Share **entire Screen 1** (primary content)
2. When switching:
   - `Ctrl + Shift + E` → Stop sharing
   - Immediately share **Screen 2** (secondary content)
3. Repeat as needed
