• Withholding information, documentation.
• Stonewalling/ claim access
• manipulating evidence data to make legitimate claim handling more complicated.
• Providing misleading information - Scope of engineer report. (
  • Requested scope x times to preserve the evidence for review by their engineer and potentially our engineer if needed.
    • They provided a false scope
      • Began applied for permit and began repairs AFTER receiving their scope.
        • They reported interference to Engineer, they didn't contact us, they used the information to jade the engineer prior to his inspection. It would Jade any reasonable person or engineer.
        • They tainted the Engineers perspective by providing him and me false and misleading information, potentially fradulent information to both of us to influence the factual accuracy and outcome.
        • Mistakes happen, but there is a CLEAR PATTERN OF CONDUCT that indicates actions by those involved were not mearly grossley negligent, and/or incompetent rather calculated, plotted and schemed. All indications point towards Fraud.
• Adjuster did not investigate facts, didn't look for objective information rather Adjuster looked to revise and or thwart liability even attempting to change their own engineer report.
• Continuous Ploys, Schemes, Fraud, Harassment and intimidation / retaliation for getting a claim filed inspite of his, cities and insurance companies scheme/ploy to block the claim.
  • Walkboards removed, Bricks removed, police letter and photos of him taking pictures of me on my property.
  • Roselle scooping water.

• What's the underlying link that would cause officials to conduct themselves in these manners?
  • Investigate underlying financial ties between city and CTR that may be the source/cause of the city's unusual conduct.

Perfect example of ethical concern w/ incentivizing adjusters based on how many claims they close or how much liability they can thwart or how much they can deflate actual liability damages incurred. Bad Faith, Unfair Claims Practices. Force you into legal recourse with is supposed to be against the law.

Appears to foster unethical and bad faith environment.

Every chance to rest provided by my job has been spent addressing bad faith actions which has been exhausting, apparently by design. Pattern of trying to wear me down has become effective. Overload me with irrelevant documentation, while withholding specific information requested.

Am I concerned about reporting this, absolutely, I've very concerned about the retaliation as I've already experienced it on minor levels. However, I can not absorb the financial costs of the damages they caused to our building and their conduct has not changed after several attempts of trying to address it amicably.
