+Every chance to rest provided by my job has been spent addressing bad faith actions which has been exhausting, apparently by design.  Pattern of trying to wear me down has become effective.  Overload me with irrelevant documentation, while withholding specific information requested.

+Am I concerned about reporting this, absolutely, I've very concerned about the retaliation as I've already experienced it on minor levels.  However, I can not absorb the financial costs of the damages they caused to our building and their conduct has not changed after several attempts of trying to address it amicably.
